Formerly known as CFO of the Year, the honor has been expanded to recognize all members of the C-suite. Here is a profile of one of this year's honorees. When Sonja Spowart traveled to Sacramento from South Africa in 1995, it was her first time on an airplane. She had flown to Sacramento as part of an international exchange program at Ernst & Young in Johannesburg, where she had completed an internship and been promoted to assistant manager.
